All splashers must complete the online waiver before arriving at the wibit. You can find it on our website under the 'Waiver' section. Completing this in advance ensures a quick check-in and more time on the wibit!
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled session to check in and be fitted for life jackets. Sessions are 60 minutes long and begin promptly. Late arrivals cannot extend or make up missed time, so arriving early is the best way to enjoy your full session.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session time.
